How It Works


Do you know what Pixel Pitch

is and what it's used for?

Pixel Pitch represents the distance between each contiguous LED bulb and determines the resolution and clarity of the screen.
A smaller pitch indicates a higher pixel density on the screen, resulting in greater resolution and displaying finer details and higher-quality images; hence, they tend to be more expensive. 
On the other hand, a large PP indicates a lower pixel density, making it ideal for places where high resolution is not critical. 
An easy way to determine the ideal pitch is to consider the distance at which the viewer will be from the screen, where each meter (3,2 feet) of distance is approximately equivalent to one millimeter of pitch.
For example, if your LED screen will be installed on a facade visible from 6 meters (19,6 feet) away, it is recommended to choose a screen with a pitch of 6.0.
In the case of a store where the distance between the viewer and the screen is 2 meters (6,5 feet), the ideal pitch should be 2.0.
Once you understand the needs of your project, check the relationship between the viewing distance and the pitch to determine which LED screen will be ideal for your business.

Conventional wisdom and availability of technology in the past meant businesses would use projectors to display large images. That technology required focusing of the lens, blending of edges between two projected images, or sometimes the use case would require two projectors just to put enough light on the wall to create an image. Video walls use a direct view technology like LCD/LED screens,

the screens themselves (to split and span the image across many screens, for instance), or it might be handled by a separate piece of hardware. A wall assembled using consumer displays can't

provide the same processing power or flexibility.
